CUMULUS MEDIA | (Atlanta/New York/Denver) is seeking an ambitious Digital Audio Account Manager to help us scale the Westwood One digital audio business including podcasting and live streaming. We’re looking for someone that is detail oriented, thrives in a team environment but also able to dive in on individual tasks. A love of audio and sales doesn’t hurt, as this role involves interfacing with talent, producers and advertisers. The role offers flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver best-in-class customer service to high premier digital audio advertising customers, agency partners, and internal cross-functional groups.
  • Serve as the lead day-to-day Point of Contact for advertiser/ad agency relationships on campaign management.
  • Collaborate with sales planning to understand ensure campaign execution delivers on advertiser's KPIs.
  • Review and book insertion orders, secure campaign assets, traffic audio assets, and implement ad tags.
  • Frequent monitoring & reporting campaigns status to key stakeholders – including external and internal campaign updates, recaps & useful insights, airchecks/screen grabs and/or video captures.
  • Support sales and optimize for full campaign delivery.
  • Lead client communication and provide ongoing comprehensive in-flight reporting related to ad experiences, delivery, and optimization.
  • Troubleshoot campaign performance related to technical bugs, third party discrepancies, and under-delivery issues.
  • Process new orders in our billing system and handle project management

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ experience in digital/radio/mobile advertising operations
  • Experience working with, or in-depth knowledge of, advertising platforms and order management systems – Megaphone, Triton, Counterpoint and/or Boostr – is preferred.
  • Experience in display and video advertising with a premium publisher or agency as well as talent
  • Strong attention to detail, thorough, accountability, excellent follow-through
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and keep excellent time management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to work well within a team environment while accomplishing individual projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including excellent Excel, Work and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong written communication skills required.
  • A passion for media, entertainment, music, sports and news/talk radio and/or podcasts is a bonus!
