CUMULUS MEDIA | San Francisco has an immediate opening for a full time Digital Sales Project Manager for our 6 station cluster.  The Digital Sales Project Manager is an integral part of a radio advertising sales team and provides support to the sales reps and managers.  The ideal candidate will be dependable, hardworking and have the ability to balance multiple deadline-oriented projects while maintaining a great attitude and sense of humor in a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Able to identify client business needs by gaining a deep understanding of their goals, objectives and processes as well as their external environment including key market and consumer trends to proactively develop customized advertising solutions to meet client objectives
  • Works on highly time sensitive projects, adhering to deadlines
  • Manages multiple project requests simultaneously with quick turnaround time
  • Act as primary liaison with all market selected third-party vendors (e.g. email and ad targeting vendors) for sending and fulfilling orders, RFP's
  • Train and coach AE's on digital advertising tactics and products - as well as work with vendors to fulfill client needs
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute digital packages and solutions
  • Creative spark - the ability to design, create and deliver customized advertising proposals/presentations
  • Strategize on and execute multi-market digital campaigns as directed by their sales leadership
  • Measure, grow and exceed digital sales and market share goals
  • Deliver exceptional client service
  • Analyze and provide necessary sales reports, market analysis and identify growth opportunities for digital assets
  • Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Cumulus in the marketplace

 

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized with ability to support multiple ad buys at the same time in a high paced, competitive environment
  • Manage all client digital marketing campaigns – experience with Google Ad trafficking a bonus!
  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms, programmatic digital solutions (OTT, Audio, Display, Website Services, etc.)
  • Google Digital Marketing Certifications a plus!
  • Ability to develop, demonstrate and train people in digital products and sales strategies
  • Skilled in oral/written communications with the ability to articulate ideas and guidance concisely and professionally
  • Comfortable presenting to a diversified array of prospects/clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, social networking platforms and CRM tools
  • Excellent presenter to clients of sales opportunities and post-sale successes
  • Positive attitude with the desire to grow professionally
  • High energy and passion for the Digital marketing landscape
  • Flexible and creative
  • 2+ years in Digital Sales/Marketing background preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
