Job Requirements of Digital Ad Operations Coordinator:
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in digital media required.
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field highly preferred.
- Prior experience or knowledge with digital and streaming platforms, including but not limited to, Megaphone, Adswizz, Triton/Omny, with Google Ad Manager a plus
- Independent worker with the ability to self-manage tasks and deadlines.
- Exposure to and engagement with industry trends in streaming audio, web technologies, and applications.
- Excellent communication skills – capable of presenting updates to a diverse audience of internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
- Aptitude for cross-functional teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Cumulus Media │ (Atlanta/Denver/New York) is seeking a full-time, 100% remote Digital Ad Ops Coordinator to join the Digital Ad Ops team. The Digital Ad Ops Coordinator will be responsible for trafficking accurately and efficiently creating, trafficking, updating digital ad campaigns for the Cumulus Podcast Network. This position reports directly to the Director of Digital Ad Ops and will support the team with campaign optimizations, reporting and regular maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a track-record of driving continuous improvement of digital ad campaigns – proactive, customer-centric, time-oriented, responsive and a fast learner!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, traffic and manage podcast or streaming campaigns sold by the Cumulus Podcast Network.
- Drive best in class customer service for our internal and external customers.
- Support Account Managers to manage campaigns based on sellers.
- Be proactive with campaign setup, tag management, creative updates.
- Bring a positive attitude and a desire to learn and get better at Digital Ad Operations each day!
- Work in tandem with diverse teams across the company to contribute to the achievement of strategic digital operations objectives.
- Provide support for monthly and quarterly reporting requirements of the Podcast Ad Ops team.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects, maintaining organization and prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
