Job Description

We seek a fulltime News Anchor/Reporter to work in our newsroom providing primarily local newscasts to a large drivetime audience.  Duties include harvesting stories from numerous sources, generating original content, and offering guidance to the newsroom staff in the midst of a fast-paced workday.  Applicants must have strong newswriting and audio editing skills, and experience filing stories for social media and digital sites.  A minimum of two years’ experience producing and anchoring newscasts is required, as is demonstrable experience anchoring long-form coverage

  • Minimum two years’ experience in reporting, producing, and anchoring audio newscasts and features.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
