We are looking for a qualified Content manager to join our Cumulus Dallas Team with 6 major properties -1310/96.7 The Ticket, New Country 96.3, 99.5 The Wolf, 820 WBAP and 570 KLIF AM, and Hot 93.3 KLIF-FM.   You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with digital background, social media expertise, ability to create customized programs for any number of advertiser verticals along with the primary role of driving station content and executing client campaigns. As a Content manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.

Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

 

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and programming teams to plan and develop site + social content
  • Execute campaigns created in collaboration with sales team
  • Create innovative campaigns that deliver upon agreed upon metrics
  • Create and publish engaging content
  • Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
  • Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
  • Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is meeting deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with law (e.g., copyright and data protection)
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas
  • Handling digital media campaign reporting results
  • Social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and more)
  • Stay up on digital marketing trends, channels and strategies
  • Organize, prioritize and effectively manage time and projects

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Content manager
  • Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress
  • Technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Expertise in handling digital media campaign reporting results
  • Advanced skills in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and more)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies
  • Ability to manage projects from start to finish
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and effectively manage time
  • High work standards and degree of attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High degree of stress tolerance; ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment; maintains composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with others

Qualifications:
